OK overall but not as advertised. I applied for an Account manager position, not a Remote Technician. They asked questions that you are not allowed to ask in an interview. For example, where I lived, if I was married and how many kids I had. The only thing they missed was my political and religious views (lol). After I interviewed, I was emailed an offer 4:30pm on a Friday pretty much demanding I start the following Monday for the salary they specified, holidays they specified and basically the only time I could take holidays was basically between April and September. Their HR policies concerning holiday time are very draconian. No negotiation concerning compensation. It is basically take or leave it. I left it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt concerning the reviews they have gotten on this site but it sounds like every review is right.......
