Senior Project Manager interview run by a Team Lead. A remarkably efficient way to demonstrate how little seniority matters. The interview questions entirely missed the point, which was hardly surprising. The silence afterwards was a lovely touch. Apparently, even basic professional courtesy did not quite make the cut. Pathetic, really.
