I applied online and was called for an interview the next day. The interview was a friendly chat. Mostly I asked the questions, I thought it went well. I was told when training would begin and filled out a form. A week later I received an email that I was not successful.

One on one interview with a supervisor that lasted 30 minutes. I was given lots of information about the role of personal shopper. I was able to ask questions pertaining to the role.
