A recruiter made contact with me. He encouraged me to interview with Atdomco for a junior accountant position, stating that the company is an excellent place to grow, learn, and develop. The first interview was postponed due to the hiring manager's illness. Then they were 10-15 minutes late, citing technological difficulties. So finally the interview began with a cocky and arrogant interviewer who terminated the conversation 20 minutes after begging and stated that I was not a good fit and that they were looking for someone with more autonomy (for a junior position?!). They have no interest in communicating with me. They immediately began the interview. No smiles and no natural human social contact; simply a personalityless woman. Atdomco interviews are the absolute worst. People frequently believe they are God's finest creation. The technical inquiries were unrelated to the job description, and she lacked interviewing skills. This occurs when a manager lacks administrative and human resources abilities and skips crucial stages to obtain a managerial job. These companies have a high turnover rate since they do not respect their employees.
