Interview
The interview was the same process for a couple of roles. HR phone screen, hiring manager interview and then panel interview and then one last hiring manage interview.
First off, it's a long process. lots of time passed between each step which drags the process out for two months.
Even though I didn't get a role on the AZ side, I felt that overall I had a good experience. HOWEVER, for the interview I had on the Alexion side, I feel like I was completely led on that I was the final candidate after a round of panel interviews. There was a total lack of transparency and IMHO, a lack of respect. I'm giving overall a neutral because of my positive experience with the hiring manager in particular on the AZ side.

Tell me about your experience collaborating with field sales and give me an example of how this maybe didn't go well and how you overcame that challenge.
It began with an online application, followed by a phone screening and two video interviews. The questions focused on marketing strategy, teamwork, and communication. The interviewers were friendly and made the discussion comfortable. The whole process took about two weeks.

The interview was a Two stage process. Lots of competency based questions (be prepared for complicated questions, do your research) with hr representative present. First on teams to assess fit.
