Interview
I received a referral from a friend who works here and I applied through the referral link. I first had a recoded video interview with general questions such as steps of study start-up and close out, database lock steps, and how to manage conflict at work.

1. describe your experience. 2. what did you hear about this company 3. Describe what you understand from the GSA job posting roles 3. How do you manage communication whether is thorough or brief communication 4. Have you done budget negotiation give an example 5. give an example of when you had to work hastily and later had to face the consequences and how u handled it
Indepth but streamlined. There was a two stage interview, first with hiring manager and if successful second interview with hiring manager and senior director. Also competency based questions around their core values known as pillars.
Panel interview, values based questions. You should ensure you are well aware of AZ values (can be found on their website). Questions are related to your thought process and how it relates to their values.

Applied in December, got an interview call within 3-4 weeks. The interview was friendly, with a balanced mix of professionalism and a laid-back vibe, fostering a positive and comfortable atmosphere for discussion.
