I applied in January 2020 through the online application form. A week later I was asked to complete the pymetrics part of the interview process (series of online games). In mid March I was invited to the assessment day so it took them a long time to process my application. The assessment day consisted of presentation, technical and values interviews (they removed the group exercise section as we had to do it virtually because of covid).
