I applied to a couple similar positions online which ended up being within the same department. Within a week I had a phone interview set up with the manager which was mainly going over things in my resume. A little over 2 weeks later I received an email requesting to set up an interview at HQ for the following week. They gave me a choice of a couple days that worked for them. I ended up meeting with 6 different people, and my interviews were from 8:30-12. Less than 2 weeks later I received an email from the manager telling me I was chosen for the position and they were working on an offer, and I received the offer a few days later.
