Astra Motor interview questions

The interview from HR interview to director interview are good, if you're a fresh graduate, then the question mostly about your college activities, family, what you learn on college, what's your strongest and weakest point. There are no pointless question, and the interview vibe is very calming, because the interviewer never didn't you based on your experience.

It was a psychologist interview from their third party and I was just quite nervous since it's my first interview but overall the psychologist was friendly.. although sometimes I felt like my answer was no good and the psychologist's expression became weird so I got more nervous lmao
