Interview
The first round was a one-on-one interview with the CEO, where the discussion focused on my interests, goals, and alignment with the company's vision. Since I had expressed a strong interest in sales and marketing, the next interaction was with the Sales and Marketing Team Leader, who assessed my skills and enthusiasm for the role. Based on my performance, I advanced to the second round, which was a panel interview consisting of three members. They asked a range of questions to evaluate my communication skills, domain knowledge, problem-solving ability, and suitability for the team.
