The first step is an online assessment related to generic data analysis and understanding of GHG accounting. The assessment itself is timed, and quite harshly so. There is also required video and screen monitoring. After completing this, the team may reach out to you regarding your salary requirements.

The assessment contains questions about components of excel formulas. You cannot use references as it is video and screen monitored, so study up.

After the application process, I sat an online test on GHG calculation, excel skills and Power Bi. Then I had a remote interview and then finally an in person presentation.
