Assured interview questions

I applied and was almost immediately hit with a canned, "After careful consideration" denial response despite my background and experience lining up with much of the role scope. Employers either need to stop using ATS, or fix them so they're not missing out on qualified candidates

Pretty easy and straightforward process. I had a call with the recruiter, a technical interview, a project, and then calls with the co-founders. Everyone was polite and set expectations well.
