I interviewed with Artivion and was initially optimistic about the process. After the interview, they encouraged me to send any follow-up questions via email, which I did promptly. Unfortunately, I received no response for several weeks, only to later receive an automated rejection email. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time. A simple response or acknowledgment would have demonstrated basic courtesy. While I understand that hiring decisions are based on experience and other factors, neglecting to communicate after inviting further engagement shows a lack of consideration for potential employees. I hope Artivion improves their candidate experience in the future by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication. Candidates invest time and effort into the interview process, and they deserve the same respect in return.
