There was 2 rounds. I interviewed with a manager and controller. Everyone was really nice and helped me get an understanding of my role. I can tell they are a great team

Interview
First interview was with the training director to discuss prior experience in aesthetics, training and RF devices. Second interview was with the elevate coordinator to discuss event planning and sales.

What is your experience in an education, classroom or training setting and do you feel comfortable training and presenting hands-on to small and large groups?
Unprofessional interview/hiring process. You will have a good interview, they will act like you've almost got it, and then never contact you again. It's tough, especially in today's economy, but we move forward.
