Potential employees normally approach us and depending on position they are seeking either a portfolio of work and references, with two interviews is conducted or for other roles a resume, and multiple interview are required. We are expanding our infrastructure and will be increasing not just our artist workforce in the next year but marketing, advertising, and sales as well. I had seven interviews directly with owner before being hired.

I was handed a random photograph of a painting and asked how does it look to you and how would you sell it?
