Arrow Alliance Industries interview questions

Submit resume, called by someone who didn't clearly identify her role. Maybe HR, but wasn't clear. She wasn't able to answer any questions about the job. I asked questions about the job description and she had clearly not read the job description. She then asked the two questions ,,,,,if I needed health insurance. Before answering I asked the salary range. She said it depends on if you need insurance. Bottomline is you should say you don't need insurance and it will be about a $20,000 bump. You can always opt for insurance after you are hired and accept the job. Then I had an interview scheduled with someone who is supposed to know about the job. That was weeks ago. I keep getting the "keep her warm" emails with no real updates. The interview was money based only.

2 virtual interviews. More of overview of day to day job responsibilities. Both interviewers said I exceeded what they were looking for in terms of experience and background. Told me they were sending my information forward to the next steps. Several weeks go by without any response from the company. Attempted to contact a few times (even had a friend who worked for them, said they gave glowing reviews of interview and were excited about next steps), without any response at all, not even a delay email. Finally, I was contacted to set up an interview with C-Level executives, I suggested a day after they were trying to schedule (mind you, it has been WEEKS without contact), again, radio silence. Abruptly received an email removing me from consideration for position.
