Arch Climbing Wall interview questions

Meeting with two senior managers. The interview consists of 5 categories of questions based on the Job description, e.g., communication and organisational skills. They are looking for answers in STAR format.

Short (30 minute) interview based around climbing knowledge and customer service experience including some scenario questions. Asked about availability, knowledge of climbing terms and general climbing rules alongside questions regarding past experience that would aid in customer interactions.
