Overall I liked their interview process. I was hired pre-covid, they invite you for a programming test at their office. You are given a few programming questions (I got 4) which you have to solve in 8 hours, with a lunch break in between. I cleared the programming test after which I was invited again for a couple of short interviews, one with a senior developer and the other with HR.
