I was in contact with my employer over email and had a phone and in-person interview. It took about 3 days to set everything up, and I was hired on the spot and filled out the paperwork the next day.

I was asked to bring a portfolio. The interviewer looked over it in depth and asked me questions about multiple projects, how I handled time management, client expectations etc. She also asked me about my previous experience working for multi-site companies which is similar to what this position ended up being. Overall very pleasant. Interview took almost an hour, but mostly because we ended up chatting quite a bit about shared work experiences.
