‘Better vacation plans then I dusrry’
‘Fees is too high, Aramark doesn't contribute, you pay the whole monthly fees and its cut from your paychq and you don't have a choice of refusing it on benefits.’
‘The plan really really sucks, had to opt out and use my husband's.’
All good. Professional team and colleagues
Excellent benefits on par with the industry
Pretty standard, low pay when you're frontline but if you're in the corporate office it's a bit better. Do have dental/medical plans but it sucks.
Good environment, Positive managers, fun coworkers
Best thing is private insurance. Worst thing is the inefficient insurance company and limited coverage,
No benefits for part-time employees
Very basic coverage for long time employees within management.
Includes 3 different plans to select from when you are full time salaried. The middle plan is the same as hourly workers. Get 90% back with a max of 500 for various specialists. One eye exam per 2 years. Dental is optional, but it only covers 1 polishing unit and dentists always want to have at least 3 units, so that money comes out of pocket.
Cover 90% and includes naturopath, osteopath, chiropractor, dietitian, psychologist, podiatrist, one eye exam per year and extra payment for dental
Aramark offers a great pension plan, average health care plan, and a standard vacation package
