HR recuiters are in contact with you, who then forward information to hiring mangers. Account manager sets up interview and HR lets you know if you were selected. Interview was straight and to the point since it was a entry level position. Had to present diploma and interpret a schematic.

The recruiter contacted me after a call (number I got from BMET 24/7 Magazine) and within a week, I received information in regards to being hired with this company.
It was straight forward (drug test, back ground check and referance checks) in the hiring process, with me going into the interview fresh out of school.
