Every person I interacted with was very friendly and seemed eager to fill the role with the right candidate. They all were helpful and asked fair questions. My biggest issue was the time commitment. I made it to the final round of I interviews and had 30 minute conversations with the corporate recruiter twice, hiring manager twice, and 3 other internal stakeholders - all on different days. The time commitment and coordination required to fit all of these conversations into my schedule was challenging. I was also asked to provide work samples early on in the process, and had to draft a full on boarding plan for myself as part of the evaluation. A lot of time required to ultimately not be offered the role.
