I had a phone interview with a corporate recruiter, I then met a week later with a local HR representative, and a director. Interview was very professional, and went very well. They said the recruiter would be in touch to discuss the next steps in the process. After not hearing from him in over a week, I sent a follow up email, asking if the position was still available. He responded saying he would get back to me that day on what my next steps would be. I never heard back, and sent one more follow up email to him, and the local HR representative. I never heard back from either of them. For such a large professional company, I didn’t expect this kind of unprofessional action in the interview process
