Hired on spot. They don’t care about interviews. They just want people hired then see abilities then start weeding them out and firing out of the blue. Great practice.
One phone call and then an in person interview with an offer on the spot. Fairly easy going conversation on a college campus so they were a bit desperate for help.
very easy process, got the job on the day of the interview was mainly experience based questions, really lovely people and an easy interview process, had little experience prior to interview
