Interview
phone interview first, it took me around 10-15 mins. friendly conversation. If he thinks you are a good fit, you will be invited to have F2F interview. During the F2F interview, most of time just like having a chat with supervisor. I was gave a tour for whole working area and introduced to other co-workers there after F2F. I took the offer at the spot.
