Fairly easy process being someone with a military background. My interview was at a specific time within the same time zone. I jumped on at the correct time and waited 15mins with a no show interviewer. I sent a follow up email asking if there was a last minuet conflict... The interviewer stated that they jumped on and waited for 10mins for me then said something obliviously went wrong. Two things cant be true at the same time....so I decided to withdraw my application as I don't want to work for someone who either A.) cant manage a calendar or B.) just called someone with a military background late (I was on 15mins early and waited an additional 15mins for you).
