The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. The questions asked were relevant and clear, focusing on my design experience and problem-solving approach. The task given was to design an app for a service-based company, which allowed me to showcase my skills in user-centered design and creativity. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment that made it easy to discuss my thought process and design decisions. Additionally, the feedback provided during the interview was constructive, giving me insights into how my work was perceived. Overall, it was a positive experience that aligned well with my expectations and skills.

1) HR Round - It was with HR nothing but salary expectation and YOE is being asked by them. 2) assignment round - They give you assignment purely a UI assignment, though the position is of UI/UX one. They didn't even give the proper problem statement just make screens. After submitting the assignment and with many followup messages to HR nothing is communicated after the assignment. All of the sudden after 2 weeks the HR called me & asked me to have another round of interview that will be onsite. 3) Onsite Interview with the Senior Designer- though the office location is not too far from my home i went to give the interview, the designer over there was so immature that he was only asking if you can make graphics, mockups, and have knowledge of video editing. No questions were asked related to the my design process, my portfolio or be it the assignment they have given. 4) They told me there will be another round which will be with the head HR or something related to the salary expectations etc. Even after saying this they ghosted me and didn't reply to me, though i would never joined the company even if i got the offer but they didn't have the audacity to tell candidate about there hiring process status who has came to their office for the interview.
