The interview was done virtually via Microsoft Teams video conferencing feature. Almost lasted an hour. Even though the interview was for Senior QA member, but the rejection was based on the fact that I was unable to answer management questions. So, I believe that was wrong expectation, as the job responsibility in JD did not entail any management skills requirement. That part was disappointing.
