Title: Worst candidate experience I’ve had I went through around 6 interviews in total for 3 different positions. The process dragged on for weeks, with long periods of silence in between stages. After the final round, I received no feedback or updates for quite a while. Eventually, I was told the company had put a hiring freeze in place — even though I saw new job postings appear on LinkedIn shortly after. It felt like my time and effort weren’t respected, and overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
