Questions were deeply technical but average difficulty.
I lost my interest in the onsite interview step due to rude behaviors!
It was good. They asked thermal design conceptual questions. They were trying to test if computationally you can estimate the heat dissipation from a street light. They are trying to see how think about things.

How to calculate heat flux at a boundary condition for a given problem.
I haven't gone through the whole process, but The one interview I had was technical and difficult, for me it lasts more than 45 minutes. It takes time and effort to prepare.
