Fist requirement is to connect to the software they use for the video interview which is HireVue. I signed in and checked my speaker/video connections prior to going whats called "The Interview Room". Once the interview started the interview, there's a brief intro about the job, pay, and training schedule. Training is 5 weeks. 10-8 est time and includes weekends. Schedules are bid on every 3 months.Very quick interview. Very pleasant & done in 15 minutes. Job is phone/chat support.
