Dopo una breve introduzione sull’azienda e sul ruolo, mi sono state poste domande per valutare come affronto situazioni complesse, gestisco il tempo e interagisco con persone in difficoltà. Le domande erano in stile behavioural, con richieste del tipo: • “Parlami di una volta in cui hai aiutato un cliente frustrato.” • “Come reagisci quando hai troppe cose da fare contemporaneamente?” • “Raccontami di un’occasione in cui hai commesso un errore e cosa hai imparato.”

I think it's 4 rounds of interviews. Made it past the first which is by phone (pretty brief). Second is in person. The interviewers took a good cop bad cop approach. Ultimately I did not make it to the 3 round of interviews. When asked why they said that was a good question, but they don't share that info.
