I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied online through a job posting and was contacted within a week. Take note that this is not the case during Q3 and Q4 of 2020. Pandemic really did a lot of damage to everyone including hiring process.
When you apply online, expect 1-2weeks of response from potential employers. If they are not interested, move on.
The screening interview was the easiest. It will be a scheduled phone call with Apple's HR recruiter that is very casual and laid back. Just a couple of questions on your resume and experience, nothing to worry.
The 2nd interview is with the hiring manager, this is when they try to dig deep to get to know your attitude and experience.
