Interview
It was group interview of 4. The interviewers were in serious mood, and snobby also were not that engaging. They were just giving random questions (over 6 questions and each applicant had to answer it)were irrelevant to the applicant experience. The interview took too long, and put applicants with other over qualified applicants which it is unfair. Why would you make applicants compete and interview with applicant that were obviously going to be one landing the job to begin with. So it was waste of time to the rest of interviewed applicants. It was overall unprofessional. If I knew it would be like that I wouldn't have applied at all.

What is recent news you heard about or from Apple?
The process involved an initial application followed by a screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by one or two interviews with team members, focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and cultural fit. The interviewers asked behavioural questions and scenarios related to handling customers and troubleshooting. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave a clear understanding of the role expectations.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

Interview
One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
