I was supposed to have a 20 -30 minute phone interview. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late. She asked me 5 to 6 questions. It felt like she was rushing with her questions, so the entire interview only lasted 10 minutes. I was prepared to ask questions but she said she was running late for another meeting. I did not feel that I was given a chance to sell my skills and experience. As much as I wanted to ask her about the position and the company, I did not even bother asking...Per my recruiter, they already started the phone interview earlier that week and mine was towards the end of the week.
