The Interview was professional but laid-back, at the end of the day, they want to see if they want to work with you on daily basis. The confidence with you deliver the answers. Also, actually having the skills and technical part as a given though.

3 interview rounds where they asked how to gage your personality and how you speak to people.
They also check how you work with other people. The real interview is basically the last round where you speak with the Store Leader.
