Initial call with hr about background, qualifications, salary expectations. They reassured me they'd reach back out to give me an answer on next steps, whether I will move forward or not. It has now been way over a month and a half. Unprofessional to say the least.

Question 1
How were you able to accomplish *task/metric listed on resume*?
Do you have a background in AWS
The interview process was disorganized and ultimately a poor use of time. The initial interview was rescheduled due to a personal issue on the interviewer’s side, which is understandable. However, the rescheduled interview date passed with no call, message, or email. A week later, I received a generic apology and was asked to schedule the interview for a third time.
The interview itself went well, but I was rejected about a week later. Overall, the lack of communication and missed interviews reflected poorly on the company’s hiring process and did not demonstrate respect for candidates’ time.

Question 1
Standard HR initial questions, nothing complicated.
Very smooth and standard, IMO. There was a total of 3 interviews, two in person and one on the phone before I got the call with a verbal offer, which was followed by an email with the written one.
