3 rounds of interviews. First round was with the Director and the Finance Manager, based on experience and background. 2nd round was with the Principal and a Director from tax, again based on experience and background. Some questions were asked about motivations for wanting to join. 3rd round was with the CFO, mainly based on personality and motivations. I guess they were assessing cultural fit more so at this stage. All in all, a straight forward process with clear communication from one round to the next.
