I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Apolis in Oct 2017
Interview
Indian recruiter contacted me via Monster or Indeed. And I got three round interviews via Skype after initial phone screen. All interviews were simply background questions and they always focused on the definition of OOP design concepts like encapsulation and inheritance, which I learnt when I just started to learn computer science lul. They didn't even test my coding. They offered 55000+1000 before 2000 billable hours. And 65% after that, 70% after two years. They limited 2 days for my considering accepting it or not. They tried hard to push you to accept it.

A recruiter contacted me and ask me about my background, then arrange a skype technology interview with a trainer within three days. The trainer asked a few questions about basic C++, mainly focus on the concepts. After that was a phone screen with HR manager, talking about some personality questions, more like a communication. Then get the offer.
