Apex Integrated Promotion Consultants interview questions

A two part interview process. The first interview was a very typical interview with the most basic interview question. The second part of the interview process required me to go to walmart and have a conversation with a gentleman who was attempting to sell directv to customers walking by, but overall it sort of gave me the feeling that anybody who is even slightly personable would be hired.

In a room with 10 people. Marketing manager interviews each applicant and decides on the spot if you would be a fit or not for the job. He asked very general questions about previous sales experience, but wasn't required. As long as you show that you have the drive to do so, you will get hired .Out of 10 applicants , I was 1 of 3 accepted. Then sends you to a location to speak with another manager for his/her approval. Then start the next day.
