I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anthony Vince Nail Spa (Akron, OH) in Apr 2016

No Interview Really. Just asked if I could do acrylic laying and when I could start. Pretty weird manager - got the feeling he was kind of prejudiced. He didn't care about my skill or anything. Realized after that I was just a number in his employee count. He didn't care for his staff OR his customers.
