I applied for the Infosys off-campus drive on 13th December 2021 and I received the confirmation on 15th Jan that I have been shortlisted. On 27th Jan, I received the test link.
Online round: The test for DSE and SP roles is of 3hours, there were 3 coding questions only, no MCQs or technical questions. The coding questions were based on DSA, of medium and hard levels. In my case, the first question was based on arrays, the second one was based on searching and sorting, and the third one seemed to be based on DP. I was able to solve the first one fully, and some part of the second one also.

Interview
The interview process is a bit excessive. You will be vetted by the HR representative first, then interviewed by the hiring manager. After you will go through 3 x 30min rounds with people who work with the job role and finally with the hiring managers manager.
The interview process starts with applying for the job. Then, the employer screens applicants and may conduct a interview. If successful, you’re invited for an in-person or online interview. Some employers might ask you to complete a task. Afterward, they may follow up with more questions. If selected, you get a job offer and may negotiate salary and benefits. The process can differ from company to company.
Formal - face to face sessions with a panel of seven members. Each takes a turn at asking questions, amidst follow ups by the panel. The interview lasted for approximately forty five minutes.
