Animation Explainers Project Manager interview questions

They lied about the salary on the job posting, which was 40k, and in the interview they said 35k. They asked if I could use my PTO to make my 4 week notice period shorter and start working for them before it was up. They asked if I could do my training in the evenings after work while on my notice period for my current job. Within an hour they e-mailed to say I'm on to the final interview stage. Two hours after that I received an e-mail to say that something has come up and they'll need to postpone the interview by two weeks. It has been almost a month and no responses to my e-mails. They've ghosted me. Keep in mind, the interviewers were the co-founders of the company. Of course they never bothered to share that or describe the company or the role. I had to do all that through my own research. It seems like a start-up with all the excitement of watching paint-dry.
