American Learning Institute interview questions

The interview consisted first of a screening via telephone. They then asked me to come interview in person. They asked me a few standard questions about my experience, my teaching philosophy, and how I would handle certain classroom situations. I was asked about hypothetical goings-on in the classroom. The interviewer was friendly and the entire process was smooth.
