American English College interview questions

I was contacted via email about 2 days after submitting an application online. I arranged a zoom interview for a few days later on a good day and time for my schedule. When we met I met with a director and the senior director. They were both very nice and asked me a lot of questions about my experience working overseas and online. They also asked some questions about common student concerns/ difficulties which was nice to hear.

I received a call to come in. They were very clear about what they were looking for and the type of caring, family culture they are. They wanted to see if I was familiar with student centered teaching, and infused activities that got them to their learning objectives. The interviewer was really nice, but had clear expectations. Briefly met the administrative staff who seemed friendly. I also did a guest teach for their Center Director and Director of Education.
