Round one - Virtual, Round two - HQ at Fort Worth 2 interview and Excel test. One person at each interview, nice people with great experience. I recommend learn more about the industry. The Excel test is checking your Excel skills and financial knowledge

All behavior and some financial questions, like NPV, and Accrued expense. Some industry questions, like how to reduce costs, and what you know about the industry.
The process was fairly smooth. I was contacted by recruiter for interview after online application to set up the interview. It was a virtual interview with 2 current team members.
