I was contacted to do a video interview with a few of the developers from American Airlines. They sent me a guide on how the interview was going to go beforehand. When it started, I was given a coding prompt and asked to share my screen while I solved it. This was the first interview I had with them. The did not ask me any questions regarding my resume or background at all. After I solved the problem, they told me to reapply in 12 months and immediately ended the call. They didn't ask me if I had any questions or tell me future steps or give me feedback whatsoever on what it was I did wrong, even though my solution worked. Overall, I didn't like their interview process and thought it was a bit unprofessional to say the least.

fine experience wit long term bond with procesing slow applicants with a long term bond the interview process is long and tiring , with effoerts and time not being utilised
an initial screening round where it asked some basic questions knowing your profile, followed by one or more rounds of interviews regarding redis cloud and other as mentioned is resume with hiring managers and potentially other team members.
