Interview
The interview consisted of two interviews and a written exam. The behavioral was a 1:1 and the technical was with a panel of three. Everyone was very nice and no pressure was put on. The first part of the technical was knowledge based and the second was solving two coding problems. The written exam consisted of multiple choice and coding, the multiple choice was in Java and you could write your solution in whatever language you want for the coding part. After the exam, you are grouped together to ask any questions about the job or company. They gave us free lunch in their cafeteria!

The first interview was a phone interview on Zoom with a panel of speakers, who asked about my background and asked me to do very easy coding problems. After I completed the first one quickly, I was asked a second one that was very easy too.

Interview
I talked to a recruiter at a college career fair and scheduled an interview on the spot. A few days later I completed this hour interview over a Teams call. It consisted of basic behavioral questions and a simple coding problem. A week after I got invited to interview on-site in Fort Worth. They flew me out a few weeks later along with other candidates. This consisted of a 45 minute behavioral interview, a 45 minute coding problem, and a tour of the campus. Over a month later I got a rejection email.

15 minutes technical questions and 15 behavioral. They mostly ask you about yourself and how you heard about AA. Hobbies and typical stuff you would ask when meeting someone new.
