I applied online and recruiters later reached out to set up a phone interview. It was with two people in the marketing department. Lasted about 20 minutes. Later, they wanted to set up an in-person interview but we ended up having to do it through Skype.
Good interview process for everyone involved with the interview. I learned a lot from my experience. Good job American Airlines for scheduling the interview here okay nice work company. I would do the interview

Applied online after seeing posting on college job board. Was contacted by the college recruiter for a 30 minute screening phone interview. A few weeks later, I was contacted for an in-person interview at headquarters. Had a writing test followed by a panel interview with about 4 members of the team.
