They started us out with a great lunch. After that it led to 3 different interview sessions which talked about different areas in the job. All of the interviewers were very nice and professional.

Question 1
There was a skills test before the actual interview. This consisted of a lot of different skills and it was the hardest part of the interview because they did not tell us anything to prepare for it.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview consisted of an hour long computer based test along with a round robin style interview process. Everyone was very nice and informative. There were at least 8 other people interviewing that day but i belive their were multiple days of interviews. Three seperate rooms for interviews and very personal.
